All entries for the National Stillwater Championships at Cardiff on March 6th must be given to Nikki by this Friday.

Champions
After last nights competition Portreath have been crowned County Stillwater Champions for the 3rd sucessive year.
All of the nippers who competed swam brillantly and were an asset to the club.
Nicky and Jonathan would like to thank all the parent helpers who helped timekeep or carry boards and wet mannikins around the pool.

Pool Closure and other info
REDRUTH POOL IS CLOSED NEXT WEDS 10TH FEB
Found a grey pair of swim fins last Weds night, (They can be collected from the desk in 2 weeks time)
IT IS NOT TO LATE TO ENTER THE NIPPER NATIONALS AT CARDIFF (contact Nikki or Jonathan if you would like to enter)

Cornish Stillwaters Sat 6th Feb, St Ives Pool
After last week we are leading the competition by about 300 points, with St Ives in 2nd and Polzeath in 3rd.
So it is up to the 8/9/10 years to round off the victory , making Portreath the Cornish Stillwater Champions for the 3rd sucessive year.
We are asking that all Nippers arive by 3.45pm for a 4.00pm warm up.
Last week all the seats on the balcony had been taken by 3.15pm. (Get there early to get a seat)
All nippers must wear a green Portreath swim hat (these can be purchased on Friday night for £5 from Nikki.
The races are all over 25m , obstacle, board, fins and manikin.
There are only 2 relay teams allowed to enter per club, and these will be selected on Friday night.
